HI-LINE FILTER ELEMENTS

The new range of compressed air filter housings have been designed with economy and efficiency in mind. The removal of oil, water, particulates and gaseous aerosols from compressed air systems is achieved by using a range of high performance “pleated” filtration elements.

Pleated media has four times the amount of crosssectional area compared to conventional wrapped or rolled filter media. The pleated media gives a much lower pressure drop. This in turn will save energy as the compressor doesn’t have to work as hard to get the air through the filter and with four times more filter media the Hiline filter service life is significantly longer. These elements provide impressive filtration efficiencies from 99.99% to 99.99999% with a further grade being specific to oil and oil aerosol removal down to 0.003mg/m utilising activated carbon technology.

All Hi-line elements are manufactured with polished aluminium end caps, which are strong and better suited to elevated temperatures.

HIGH QUALITY FILTER HOUSINGS

The die-cast filter housings are produced from high-grade aluminium with a special feature of both internal and external surfaces being Alu-Chrome treated. In addition, they are also subject to a tough epoxy baked on finish in “Compressed Air Blue”- RAL5015. These treatments are designed to provide longterm protection in the harshest of environments. Every Hi-line housing is supplied with an unconditional TEN YEAR GUARANTEE.

ALTERNATIVE ELEMENTS

Hi-line offer ‘upgrades’ to competitors filters, the ‘copy exact’ philosophy means that all Hi-line alternative filter elements are made with ‘pleated’ media allowing the original housing to give you the high performance low cost filtration features enjoyed by Hi-line filter elements.

Our aim is to provide a total “one-stop” filtration service to industry. With this objective we undertake to supply both original equipment or suitable alternative cartridges where applicable.

We offer a range of high quality performance cartridges as alternatives to many well known branded products.

When alternative elements are specified they will be of at least the performance of the original equipment but in many cases will out perform them. These cartridges will fit into the existing filter housings without modification.

The Hi-line sales team have at their fingertips a fully computerised cross reference software programme to ensure swift turnaround of enquiries for same day despatch.
