HPC SIGMA Profile Airend

Developed and continually enhanced by HPC KAESER, the high performance SIGMA Profile is at the heart of all HPC compressors and provides power savings from 5% to 15% compared with conventional screw airend profiles.

HPC Direct Coupled 1:1 Drive

High-efficiency 18.5 to 450kW EFF1 drive motors are directly coupled to the SIGMA Profile air-end with 1:1 drives.

• Zero transmission loss brings an energy saving of approximately 3%

• The EFF1 high-efficiency motor saves a further 1 - 2% of energy & enables customers to claim Enhanced Capital Allowances (details from HPC)

HPC SIGMA Air Manager

A compressed air management system that reduces the power consumption of an air system significantly by:

HPC SIGMA Control

The SIGMA Control is a PC based industrial computer and works in conjunction with a precision pressure transducer in the compressor. It can work in any one of four control modes and can provide triple power savings.
