Reduce your energy costs with synthetic lubricant
May 19th 2008 Batoyle Freedom Group has recently enhanced Typhon Syn46 - the superior performance fully synthetic rotary screw compressor lubricant. Typhon Syn46 represents an energy efficient compressor lubricant solution which can extend lubricant oil change periods to 6000 hours, (depending on the operating conditions of the compressor).
Energy consumption and the related costs of energy can be reduced considerably when using Typhon Syn46. This lubricant has excellent viscosity to temperature stability which ensures optimum low temperature flow and pumpability. Consequently on start up there is less viscous drag and a corresponding lower energy demand.
Compressor downtime and wear can also be reduced thanks to the performance characteristics of Typhon Syn46. Based on a fully synthetic technology, it is highly resistant to both oxidation and thermal degradation. As a result the formation of carbon, lacquer and varnish type deposits are minimised.
