Point of use desiccant dry air
May 19th 2008 Dry air at point of use need not be expensive anymore. Usually, it’s better to treat the air locally to the required dewpoint, rather than the expense of drying all the sites air. HI-ZORB from Hi-line now makes that process much more affordable.
Extruded Aluminium drying chambers filled with Molecular Sieve will give a constant
-40°C Dewpoint with the lowest possible regeneration air. These fixed cycle dryers complete with high quality pre and after filtration (0.001mg/m3 oil removal pre filter, the particle removal filter is 3µm) and zero loss autodrains make them extremely competitively priced.
The simplicity of the powered motor change over valves makes them very reliable and low on maintenance. The small footprint of the HI-ZORB makes them ideal for factory floor locations and the silenced low noise mufflers means the HI-ZORB can be fitted in Laboratories, Dental Practices and Hospitals without any noise nuisance.
The HI-ZORB range extends from 5cfm (8.5m3/h) to 100cfm (169 m3/h) above this range Hi-line have heatless and zero loss heat re-generation dryers in their product portfolio up to 10,000 m3/h . With dewpoints as low as -80°C if required and your process requires it.
