Strength in numbers
August 18th 2008

The British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) continues to grow through strength in numbers and through partnerships with leading organisations in our industry.

In the past 12 months we have recruited 14 new members taking our membership to an all time high. Many new members are attracted to BCAS by our comprehensive programme of training courses; many by the respect that they gain from their customers and potential customers by displaying the BCAS logo on their notepaper and website.

We launched our Code of Conduct last year setting out the basic obligations to which all members of BCAS will adhere in order to generate confidence for the air user and now, in 2008, our Trusted Trader programme offers members the opportunity to grow their business through our 3Cs campaign – Capability – Competency – Credibility.

Our aim is to focus on the needs of our members and of their customers and to help members deliver the products and services that their customers require.

That commitment is based on years of experience and of understanding the needs of local industry that demands latest technology products from major manufacturers while providing expertise in key areas of legislation, health and safety, and energy conservation.

Our members all give a professional after-sales service of the highest standard and BCAS continues to promote our message to the industrial marketplace: do your business with a BCAS member as he has the experienced personnel to supply or service your equipment and will abide by the strict guidelines of our Code of Conduct.
