Dewpoint measurement a breeze
August 21st 2008 The DewLogic View combines a dewpoint transmitter with the Breeze Display, providing an economical package. A simple transmitter is the ideal solution for compressed air applications. With standard range of -110°C DP to +20°C DP it has the ability to cover all compressed air applications with one instrument.
The DMS mounting kit is also available to provide a simple flow cell installation, requiring only a ¼” NPTF port. It uses a laser precision cut orifice it controls the flow rates without the need for needle valves, flow meters and other fittings.
Pressure dewpoint or atmospheric pressure dewpoint may be configured depending on the positioning of the orifice. A fine filter screen ensures the orifice doesn’t block. When used with IMA’s range of Breeze displays the transmitter can power up to 3 set point alarms. The Breeze range is available in either a number of panel or wall mounted versions.
