HI-ZORB – POINT OF USE COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS

The latest range of desiccant compressed air dryers from Hi-line are the most cost effective dryer in the market place.

These lightweight aluminium designed dryers provide the customer with a constant -40 deg C dewpoint. Each dryer is built complete with pre and after filtration and has the option to select 110V or 240V supply.

Hi-Zorb meets and exceeds the highest standards of air purity as specified in ISO 8573:1-2001.

With minimal moving parts the simplistic design makes the Hi-Zorb a reliable piece of air treatment equipment. The extruded aluminium towers are corrosion protected for use in the harshest conditions, with flowrates from 8Nm3/h to 170Nm3/h.

NEW RANGE OF REFRIGERANT DRYERS

Hi-line are well established in the UK as one of the major suppliers of Refrigerant Air Dryers. From September 2008 a new range of fridge dryers will be available built on the success of the original high quality range of dryers.

The new ‘ARTIC ENERGY’ models have been developed to ensure the highest quality and reliability whilst maintaining the Hi-line competitive stance. All the features that you would expect in a Hi-line product, like L.P and H.P switches, digital dewpoint display, pressure gauges, gas charge manometer, stainless steel heat exchanger will be present in the new range, whilst the pricing remains extremely attractive.

GEN 2 –SECOND GENERATION CONDENSATE CLEANERS

The proven Hi-line Gen 2 system has no floating bags, wires or moving parts. Designed to work using nature itself the simple atmospheric pressure driven unit is available in four sizes, from 0- 2508m3/h flowrate. Fitted with a 4 way 1/2” BSP manifold as standard, installation could not be easier. These units are designed to exceed the consent levels as laid down by the 1991 Water Resources Act.

HI-LINE FILTER HOUSINGS

High quality Aluminium housings from 1/2” to 3” BSP and flanged filters from 4” to 12”, each filter housing is supplied with TEN YEAR GUARANTEE and a zero loss autodrain.
