ABOUT TESEO UK

Teseo UK supply the complete range of Teseo S.R.L. aluminium pipework systems for compressed air, vacuum, oils and inert gases, throughout the UK. Teseo S.R.L. are the original designers and manufacturers of the HBS pipework system, which in the UK has previously been marketed as ‘Simplair’.

TESEO AP AND AP MULTIFLUID PIPEWORK SYSTEMS

Teseo AP pipework (15 bar max) is easy to install and particularly suited for compressor air distribution systems as well as mainline drops. There is no special tooling required, simply cut and de-burr and clamp together. A full range of preformed bends and swan necks are available for quick and easy installation. NEW to the Teseo Range of modular pipework systems is AP Multifluid (25bar max).

Simply by doubling the clamping brackets on every single joint the AP multifluid is capable of transporting fluids such as mineral and synthetic oil, cooling and lubricating fluids at pressures up to 25 bar. A full range of 25 bar fittings are available.

The pipework is highly resistant to corrosion and has an extremely smooth bore, giving excellent air flow characteristics; a minimum of 30% higher when compared to black or galvanised steel.

With a low coefficient of friction TESEO smooth bore tubing experiences less friction and pressure drop when compared to steel tube, resulting in reduced power requirements, smaller pipework and subsequent reduction of installation costs.

TESEO HBS HOLLOW BAR PIPEWORK SYSTEM

Launched at PneuMotion in 2006 following European success, the HBS 110 hollow bar system (15 bar max) is the largest HBS system available in the UK. It joins the range which includes 25mm, 32mm, 50mm, 63mm and 80mm systems.

The 110mm HBS system is particularly suited to heavier industries including aerospace engineering plants and vehicle manufacturers, since its 125m3/min flow rate capacity at 10 Bar is the equivalent to a 6 inch steel pipe.

The Teseo HBS system is not subject to corrosion and the system’s extruded aluminium square outer section provides additional structural strength and durability, over round piping. Like the AP system, the smoothness of the internal surface ensures low air flow friction and guarantees high performance in terms of flow rate and pressure reduction, Being quick and easy to install it allows for more flexibility for modification which can also be easily done by the client themselves, reducing factory downtime and labour.

ATS AIR TRACK SUPPLY SYSTEM

Providing an ergonomic workplace solution with health and safety at the forefront, Teseo’s ATS air track supply system has been designed to complement its modular ranges of HBS and AP compressed air supply lines. Accessories to the system include an anodised aluminium swinging arm and for the HBS 50 system, a trolley that fits directly onto the distribution line. There are also workbenches manufactured from anodised aluminium profiles which include ATS systems for the tools and one support leg pressurised acting as both a reservoir and feed line.
