All adsorption dryers require a certain amount of energy to work, infact energy consumption is key to its performance. At Hi-line we optimise the energy usage so that the dryer does not waste energy by utilising our AEMS- Automatic Energy Management System.

This unique feature optimises the energy required of the dryer ,matching it to the dewpoint specification.

Their compact nature combines wide galleries with short paths which leads to highly efficient heat exchange between the compressed air and refrigerant.

In order to minimize any load on the air compressor, careful attention has been paid to reducing pressure losses. This, together with the use of efficiency heat exchangers and separators , has been a design priority to ensure lowest possible running costs.Neither microprocessors or potentially troublesome circuit boards are used in the design , eliminating the need for programming ..The products are designed for simple "switch and go" operation and are built to ISO 9001 quality standards and carry the CE mark. Thirty models are available covering flow capacities from 0.7 - 110 m3/min (25 - 3885 cfm) at 16 bar operation. Inlet temperatures up to 60C with an ambient of 43C can be accommodated as standard, with an option for an elevated ambient of 50C also available where necessary. Dryers are available ex stock for immediate delivery.

Filtersoft make filter upgrades for all the major and minor manufacturers and are generally 75% less expensive than original filter cost.

Whilst the price is low , quality is high. When Filtersoft make a filter upgrade it is a "copy exact" philosophy. If the filter element has a red sock, wrapped media, black end caps and an "O" ring kit so does the Filtersoft element.
